We work with Chronopost, Mondial relay, SF EXPRESS and UPS to offer you an express delivery service with the lowest prices.
The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the package and its dimensions, to get the delivery rate, select the products you want to buy by adding them to the cart, then go to the checkout and enter your delivery address.
Katanas with : These are the katanas we have in stock in our warehouse in France, shipped within 1 to 3 working days. No customs charges in Europe.
-Chronopost delivery: 1 to 3 days
-Delivery by Mondial Relay: 2 to 4 days
Katanas : These katanas are made to order and shipped directly from our Longquan workshop. Order preparation time: 2 to 15 working days, depending on the complexity of the parts. Packages arrive in bulk once a week, and we take care of customs clearance for packages destined for Europe, before shipping them to you from our warehouse in France. For countries outside the European Union, customs fees may apply. Packages destined for Europe are imported via SF-Express and sent to the customer's home address via mondial relay.
-SF EXPRESS delivery (To USA and Europe) : 5 to 15 days.
-UPS delivery (All except USA and Europe) : 7 to 10 days

Each country has different customs policies and your item may be held for some time.
Packages sent by EMS / UPS / SF EXPRESS arrive from our workshop in Longquan and may be subject to customs clearance fees payable by the customer.
Packages sent by chronopost / DHL / mondial relay are dispatched from our warehouse in France and are not subject to customs clearance fees for the whole of Europe.

You have 30 days from receipt of your package to report an issue or request a return for an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your return must be received by our warehouse and in unused condition. It will be subject to a return inspection for quality purposes. If the inspection is positive, the price of the item will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.

The katana is very good but I would not put the maximum note because above on the delivery. I ordered delivery via chronopost, which was 9€, and which promises delivery within two to three days, but I didn’t get the parcel until about twenty days later. On top of that, I had to go out of my way to pick it up, otherwise I’d never have received it. I’m satisfied with the quality of the katana but not with the delivery.

the katana is beautiful only it was written that if we were delivered by the carrier I chose, we would have the support offered and I received nothing 🙁
