: These katanas are made to order and shipped directly from our Longquan workshop. Order preparation time: 2 to 15 working days, depending on the complexity of the parts. Packages arrive in bulk once a week, and we take care of customs clearance for packages destined for Europe, before shipping them to you from our warehouse in France. For countries outside the European Union, customs fees may apply. Packages destined for Europe are imported via SF-Express and sent to the customer's home address via mondial relay.

-SF EXPRESS delivery (To USA and Europe) : 5 to 15 days.
-UPS delivery (All except USA and Europe) : 7 to 10 days

Cleaning kit

Uchiko, small hammer, 2 bamboo mekugi and cotton cloth to keep your swords immaculate. A must-have for all serious sword collectors. Please note that cleaning kits included in “on demand” orders and shipped by SF EXPRESS cannot contain choji oil, as this liquid is forbidden for air transport. The same applies to the uchiko, which is replaced by a complete whetstone to avoid powder.

 

If the cleaning kit is ordered with a katana, the wooden box will not be supplied, as it is impossible to fit it into the package and too fragile to be taped outside the box.

Each country has different customs policies and your item may be held for some time. Packages sent by EMS / UPS / SF EXPRESS arrive from our workshop in Longquan and may be subject to customs clearance fees payable by the customer. Packages sent by chronopost / DHL / mondial relay are dispatched from our warehouse in France and are not subject to customs clearance fees for the whole of Europe.

You have 30 days from receipt of your package to report an issue or request a return for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a refund, your return must be received by our warehouse and in unused condition. It will be subject to a return inspection for quality purposes. If the inspection is positive, the price of the item will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.
